Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Any member of Las Cruces USBC may nominate an individual.

Induction into the Las Cruces USBC Hall of Fame will be for individuals who have demonstrated outstanding ability in the sport of bowling as sanctioned members of Las Cruces USBC or its predecessor organizations (WIBC/ABC).  Consideration will also be made for individuals who have contributed outstanding meritorious service for the aforementioned organizations. 

To be considered based on performance, a candidate should meet all 3 of the following criteria:

1. Must have carried a 165 (female) or a 190 (male) or higher average in New Mexico for a minimum of 10 years (does not have to be consecutive).
2.  Has participated in a minimum of 10 Local and 5 State Tournaments. Please list the years and locations of the tournaments.
3. Has achieved at least 1 national high score award, i.e., 298, 299, 300 game or 11 in a row, as well as, either a 700 or higher series (female) or 800 or higher series (male) or placed 1st in local tournament or 1st or 2nd at a State Tournament.

To be considered based on service, a candidate should meet both of the following criteria:

1. Has served as a league official (officer, team captain, committee member) a minimum of 6 years.

2. Has served as a local association official (officer, director, committee member) a minimum of 2 terms.
