Bowler of the Month Nomination

A bowler may earn Bowler of the Month only once per season, regardless of the category. Please review the Winners table below to ensure that the person you are submitting has not already won in any category. You may enter up to 4 names in the form below, as follows:

1) Select the league you represent from the drop-down list.

2) Select the category from the drop-down list.

3) Enter the qualifying bowler’s Name, Scratch Series, Average and Date accomplished. We will compute the qualifying handicap score; please do NOT enter the series as a handicap number. Remember that any Handicap submission must use 100% of the difference between their average and 225, with one of the following methods for determining the appropriate average for the date the score was bowled:

a) Average from this league (12 or more games),

b) Last season’s average from this league (21 or more games), or

c) Last season’s highest USBC book average from all leagues (21 or more games).

4) Once you have entered all the names you wish to nominate, enter your name and email address, then press the Submit BOM Nomination bu tton.  If you are submitting names from more than one category (Adult, Youth or Special Olympics) you will need to submit them as separate groups by repeating steps 2-4.  If you have tie scores in any category, please submit them all, separately by repeating steps 2-4.

After the 10th of the month we will sift through the nominations from all LCUSBC leagues and determine the winners for each category. Selections will be posted to all league secretaries, bowling centers, and we will add those names to the Winners table for your use in making the next month’s submissions.
